Anna Maria Tarantola, President of RAI, will be officially inaugurating the proceedings for the 64th Prix Italia in Turin on Sunday, September 16th at 4:00 p.m.  She will be welcoming Hon. Anna Maria Cancellieri, Italian Minister of the Interior, who will speak on "The Culture of Legality”, to which the first day of the International Festival is dedicated. 

Opening ceremonies will be held at 8:30 p.m. with the concert of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra, to be broadcast “live” in Eurovision and Euroradio.

The event will be attended by President Tarantola; the Italian Ministers Cancellieri, Fornero and Profumo; Jean-Paul Philippot, President of the Uer-Ebu and by Rémy Pflimlin, President of France Télévisions.
