Sobrepesca

Em ciências pesqueiras, chama-se sobrepesca à situação em que a atividade pesqueira duma espécie ou numa região deixa de ser sustentável, ou seja: quanto mais esforço de pesca se utiliza, menores são os rendimentos, seja do ponto de vista biológico, seja econômico.
