Story: Ismail Bhai (Deer Charan Srivastav) and Gullu Dada (Adnan Sajid) are two henchmen who fall for the same girl. So they decide to settle the issue over a game of cricket.
Movie Review: The International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have their rules framed for all formats of the game but in a ground in the old city of Hyderabad, rules are meant to be broken like records. Ismail Bhai (Deer Charan Srivastav) and Gullu Dada (Adnan Sajid) lead two gangs on the cricketing arena. The one who wins, wins the girl with whom both of them have fallen in love.
The comedy is in the bowling, the batting, the fighting, the arguing and the tactics by members belonging to the same team showing rivalry.
Peace in the old city is shattered when both Ismail Bhai and Gullu Dada cast their eyes on the same 'piece' (Kavya Reddy) as they refer to the girl who has swept them off their feet. Taking advantage of the weakness of these two dons is Hero (Farukh Khan) to whom the girl has already taken a liking for. But Hero has big dreams of making it in Bollywood. He needs money. So he milks both the dons dry extracting money from each of them them separately on the sly with the promises that he would help them in getting the girl they love. Finally, it is decided that the one who wins in a cricket tie will get the girl.
It's a typical setting in the old city. The two dons would rather show off their might by collecting mamools, or attempting to, rather than actually fighting to settle scores between them. And so, we have an old man whose last wish is to see both Ismail and Gullu actually fight before he dies.
The Deccan Urdu movie is a laugh riot with the director Saradh Reddy getting all his ingredients right to make a true blue Hyderabadi enjoy himself. There's an overdose of vulgarity in the talk which doesn't gel too well. Farukh Khan's acting is good. Deer Charan Srivastav and Adnan Sajid are like a die cast together. Kavya Reddy pulls it off so long as she is on the screen. What's enjoyable most is Gullu's unexpected bowling style in the climax of the movie. The lovable Ismail and Gullu have one message to give at the end of it all: Don't fight over a girl.
