School Wreathlaying Ceremony
This is a unique and moving experience for a limited number of students each week.
Students will participate in a special school wreathlaying ceremony conducted at the Tomb of the Unknown Australian Soldier. A guest veteran will officiate and answer questions about his or her military service after the ceremony, and if available, the school’s local Federal Member of Parliament will attend the ceremony.
Suitable for: Years K–12
Availability: 10.45 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 2.15 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Duration: approx. 30 minutes
