In this chapter you won't be able to run around - you can only shoot because you are at the back/top of the military car (depending which Character you play). Only thing which might be a bit difficult is the last fight in this chapter.
 

Walkthrough (Warning: Contains Spoilers)

The car won't drive and you can only shoot. In this fight you will have to shoot the huge opponent. After you shoot him for quite a while he will move backwards and 2 (later 4) parasites will come out of his body. When you destroyed these parasites, the huge opponent will go down on his knees and the big parasite will be exposed for a short time. Shoot it as long as possible (it will get inside the body after a short period of time). After it disapeared just shoot him again until the small parasites come out and after killing them shoot the big parasite again. When the big parasite explodes the chapter is over.

Important in this fight is to dodge his attacks. Make sure you press the right buttons when displayed ( or ). When he wants to throw the rock at you, you can use the barrel next to him to make him stop - later you will have to shoot the rock to destroy it (you don't have much time for this - it's pretty close). You will also have to fight normal Majinis who will throw Molotov cocktails at you. One shows up on the balcony of the left building. 2 more show up on the roof of a destroyed building on the right. These Majini will re spawn from time to time. They will make some sound to help you know when they will come. 

Professional tip: when you will get to the place where the trucks show up, only kill the Majini at the back on the truck (don't kill the driver or destroy the truck). This way you will have cover from one and later from two sides and the enemies on the motorcycles will only drive in front of Sheva. If you play alone it's recommended to play Chris. If you play Sheva at this part Chris will destroy the truck and you might get killed from all the enemies on the motorcycles. Shevas weapon is stronger but Chris's weapon shoots faster (to be able to shoot fast might become helpful). If you prefer Sheva, you can also play the chapter with her of course.
