Radomes, high-tech equipment for the aeronautics industry
Radomes, used to protect the antennas on aircraft, are manufactured using unique composite materials combining excellent structural resistance with high-performance microwave transmission. They are used on commercial and military aircraft to shield, among others, weather radars, satellite antennas, radar warning sensors and other electronic surveillance systems.
Saint-Gobain radomes and composites are currently flying on thousands of commercial, military and business aircraft in service worldwide.
