We have been developing power train assembly and test systems in Bremen since 1982. We produce assembly and test systems for engines, transmissions and complete power trains also at our locations in the US and China.

Engine and cylinder head assembly

Engine assembly is one of our specialties: our portfolio includes individual machines for valve clearance adjustment, assembly lines for cylinder heads or engine blocks, through to complete line systems for all engine components.

We assemble both

Transmission and axle assembly

We are well-versed in the assembly of transmissions and axles for cars and trucks. Numerous automakers around the world are already producing drive trains on our assembly lines.

From manual and automatic gearboxes, continuously variable transmissions, dual clutch transmissions and differentials to
front and rear axles and
e-mobility components through to
suspension struts and special machines for wheel alignment.

Test systems for engines, transmissions and electric mobility

Our test systems will ensure that your assembled unit is functioning properly. We design and implement the necessary test and measuring equipment in order to check your engines and transmissions with complex analyses.

Cold tests, leak tests, functional monitoring of the oil system, torque and noise measurements, and combined end-of-line test systems are just some of the systems we use to ensure the optimal quality of your assembled engines and drive trains.
