• Log in to My Vodacom or use our App

• Dial *111*7# from your prepaid cellphone and select ‘Talking Points’

• SMS ‘TP’ to 31050

• Call 082 2411 082, FREE from your Vodacom cellphone

Please note:

1. You retain your Talking Points when you move between pre-paid price plans. However, you will forfeit any unused Talking Points when you migrate to a Contract or Top-Up plan.

2. Points are accumulated for 18 months. You need to redeem them during this time or they will be forfeited.

3. Visit your nearest Vodacom Shop to redeem for a device
