Managers' Transactions

According to Art. 19 MAR, members of management, administrative or supervisory bodies of issuers are required to announce purchases and sales of shares or derivative financial instruments to the issuer as well as to the German Federal Institute for Financial Services Supervision (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht). The issuer is then required to immediately publish such an announcement.
