Single-axis, modular basic unit KP1-MB

The KP1-MB is a single-axis, modular basic unit with a vertical rotational axis. It is available in variants with a payload capacity of 2,000, 4,000 or 6,000 kilograms. The basic unit is suitable for the flexible design of a customer-specific structure.

Single-axis positioner KP1-V

The KP1-V single-axis positioner with vertical rotational axis is used for direct workpiece positioning or as a modular base. It is available with a payload capacity of 500 or 1,000 kilograms

Single-axis positioner KP1-H

The KP1-H single-axis positioner with horizontal rotational axis is used for high-precision workpiece positioning. It is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 5,000, 6,300 or 12,000 kilograms. Tool radii of 950 to 1,250 millimeters offer maximum possible flexibility in system design.

Single-axis positioner with counterbearing KP1-HC

The KP1-HC single-axis positioner with horizontal rotational axis consists of a drive and counterbearing with a hollow shaft. It is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,000 or 4,000 kilograms. Tool radii of 950 to 1,250 millimeters offer maximum possible flexibility in system design.

Single-axis modular drive unit KP1-MD/KP1-MD HW

The KP1-MD single-axis modular drive unit enables simple and flexible implementation of customer-specific solutions. It is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750, 1,000 or 2,000 kilograms.

In the variant KP1-MD HW,, the drive unit has a hollow shaft for routing energy and fluids. It is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500 or 750 kilograms.

Single-axis modular drive unit with counterbearing KP1-MDC/KP1-MDC HW

The KP1-MDC single-axis modular unit consists of a drive and counterbearing with a hollow shaft. It enables simple and flexible implementation of customer-specific solutions and is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750, 1,000 or 4,000 kilograms.

In the variant KP1-MDC HW,, the drive unit and counterbearing have a hollow shaft to enable routing of energy and fluids on both sides. The variant is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750 or 1000 kilograms.

Two-axis positioner DKP

The DKP two-axis positioner with one rotational and one tilting axis enables the flexible machining of workpieces. The DKP has a payload capacity of 400 kilograms.

Two-axis positioner KP2-HV

The KP2-HV two-axis positioner with one rotational and one tilting axis enables the flexible machining of workpieces. It is available with a payload capacity of 1,100 or 2,600 kilograms.

Three-axis positioner KP3-V2H

The KP3-V2H three-axis positioner with two machining stations offers maximum flexibility in terms of payload capacity, tool radii and distances between face plates. It is available with a payload capacity of 250, 500, 750 or 1000 kilograms. The distances between face plates of 1,600 to 3,000 and the tool radii of 500 to 1,000 millimeters can be freely combined.

With the KP3-V2H S variant, KUKA offers maximum dynamic performance for minimized cycle times. This enables a reduction of the index time (180°) by up to approximately 50% compared with standard three-axis positioners. It is available with a payload capacity of 500 or 750 kilograms.

The KP3-H2H three-axis positioner with two machining stations offers maximum flexibility in terms of payload capacity, tool radii and distances between face plates. It is available with a payload capacity of 500, 750 or 1000 kilograms. The distances between face plates are available in the variants 800 to 4,500 millimeters and the tool radii in variants of 500 to 800 millimeters.

Three-axis positioner KP3-V2MD

The KP3-V2MD modular three-axis-positioner is used for the individual design of workpiece fixtures. It has a payload capacity of 2,000 kilograms per work station. Hollow shafts in the two face plates enable flexible routing of energy and fluids.

Motors and motor-gear-units

Service proven KUKA motor-gears and motors enable simplified development and integration of customized solutions. The portfolio of motor and gear units includes variants with torques from 420 to 8,800 newton meters. The power of the motors ranges from 300 to 8,600 watts.
