Backed by its 350 years of history, each year, Saint-Gobain commits to supporting various cultural and scientific projects reflecting its culture or habitat strategy.

A three-pronged sponsorship policy

Cultural sponsorship

Saint-Gobain provides long-term support for major cultural institutions. Each year, exhibition projects that resonate with the Group’s identity, its heritage or businesses receive direct financial funding or assistance in kind.

Saint-Gobain is regularly consulted for its expertise and skills (especially in the areas of glass and building materials), in particular for exhibition displays.

Scientific publications and symposia

Saint-Gobain enables institutions, associations and researchers to publish papers, hold symposia, and organize meetings and festivals that tie in with its history or businesses (architecture, in particular).

Educational actions

These actions aim to encourage young people’s interest in science and technology.
