Vivalis today is wholly owned by Graham and Sue Lynch-Staunton. Graham has worked within the Vivalis business since 1990 and Sue from 2005-2009 and from 2011 onwards. They purchased the business outright in 2011.

As with most long established businesses Vivalis has a vibrant story of brand creation, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. The ownership of Vivalis has changed over the years, starting as two privately owned businesses, merging into one business and becoming a PLC, a distressed equity purchase and now returned back to private ownership with Graham and Sue’s purchase.

Over time, Vivalis has operated across many categories including; Prestige Fragrance, Gifting and Gift Toiletries, Mass Fragrance, Colour Cosmetics, Haircare, Dry Shampoo, Hair Colourants, Hair Sprays and Styling, Skincare, Deodorants and Body Sprays and Male Grooming.
