Bee Pollen
Bee pollen is collected on the legs of honey bees as they pollinate flowers. The pollen, combined with bee secretions, is a major food source for the bees. Bee pollen is made up of about 30% proteins (amino acids) and 55% carbohydrates.

Storing & Care
Dried pollen can be kept at room temperature away from heat and direct sunlight. Undried pollen needs to be kept refrigerated or frozen.
