I’m 23 years old. I am in a long term relationship with my boyfriend and will be getting married next year. The problem is the severe pain, when I try to have sex with him. We enjoy foreplay, but I feel that I’m letting my boyfriend down. He has tried fingering a couple of times and the end result is very painful. Please let me know any kind of lubricants that can be used to decrease the pain.

There may be several reasons for this. Please visit a gynaecologist to identify the cause. If the pain occurs at the opening, then apply a local anesthetic in and around the vagina and wait for 15 minutes for it to set.
