Sustainable aid with impact! As an organisation specialised in capacity development for professionals, INTERTEAM advocates for better living conditions for children and youths in Africa and Latin America. This is sustained through enhanced solidarity in Switzerland with the developing global south. Experienced professional people from Switzerland support local organisations competently and contribute to an impact that complements and amplifies the potential of our partners.
All this since 1964 - for a sustainable fight against the poverty of children and youth and for their lives in dignity.
As an aid organization, INTERTEAM matches Swiss professionals to local partner organisations for multi-annual assignments in Namibia, Tanzania, Nicaragua and Bolivia. Through the competent exchange of knowledge and experience, combined with complementary financial support, INTERTEAM furthers and strengthens local organisations in their fight against poverty. This translates to improved living conditions for thousands of children and youths – efficient, effective and with lasting impact.
INTERTEAM is a Swiss not-for-profit organisation that is certified by ZEWO, (Swiss NGO quality rating agency). The Sustainable Development Goals are guideline and orientation in its work with the global south.
