1. NDT UT Level II certified Inspectors

Trinity NDT is the fastest growing NDT inspection, Material testing and Training Services Company in India. We are currently looking for experienced NDT Level II Inspectors. The NDT Level II inspector shall have the skills and knowledge to setup and calibrate equipment, to conduct Ultrasonic Testing, and to interpret, evaluate, and document test results in accordance with procedures approved by the NDT Level III with respect to applicable codes, specifications, and standards. The NDT level II shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the Ultrasonic Inspection method and shall exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of trainees and Level I personnel.

Responsibilities

Capable of reading, understanding and following the applicable approved procedures, calibrate the equipment, conducting UT Inspection independently, evaluate and interpret the test results according to the specific codes, standards, specifications and associated acceptance criteria, preparation of test reports. Should be able to prepare simple work procedures to be followed by NDT Level I technicians and trainees.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be Level II certified as per ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A or ISNT with good exposure to UT of castings, various types of engineering components, shear wave examination of weld joints, Ultrasonic thickness testing. Candidates with certifications in other NDT methods will be added advantage. Basic knowledge about computer usage like preparing test reports, documenting the test results, e-mailing the data are absolutely important for absorbing into the opening.

2. Multi Discipline Technicians

Trinity NDT the fastest growing NDT inspection Company, looking for experienced Multi Discipline Technicians. The technicians shall have the skills and knowledge to set up and calibrate various equipments, to conduct UT, MT, PT, RT, VT and to interpret, evaluate, and document test results in accordance with procedures approved by the NDT Level III with respect to applicable codes, specifications, and standards. Shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the above Inspection methods and shall exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of trainees and Level I personnel.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be DME/B.E(Mech)/B.Sc. with Level II certified in UT, MT, PT, RT & VT as per ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A or certified ISNT level II in the methods with good exposure to NDT of castings, forgings, various types of engineering components, weldments and in-service inspection. Candidates with certifications in other methods will be added advantage. Should have atleast one year relevant experience. Basic knowledge about computer usage like preparing test reports, documenting the test results, e-mailing the data are absolutely essential for applying to the post.

3. Quality Control Inspectors

Trinity NDT is looking for experienced QA/QC Inspectors. The technicians shall have the skills and knowledge in quality control and assurance activities, interpret, evaluate, and document test results in accordance with approved QC procedures. Should be thoroughly familiar with complete third party quality control activities and international codes, standards and specifications.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be DME/ B.E/ B.Tech (Mech) with minimum two years experience in QA/QC responsibilities as third party inspector.

4. Metallurgist

Our material testing laboratory located in Bangalore requires experienced metallurgist for carrying out micro structure analysis, macro tests, metallographic tests, grain size tests, hardness testing, mechanical testing and failure analysis studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be Diploma Holder in Metallurgical Engineering (D.Met. E) / B.E/ B.tech(Metallurgy) with sound knowledge in materials engineering, good experience in independently carrying out various material testing laboratory assignments like micro structure, macro, grain size tests along with other metallographic tests, hardness testing and mechanical tests.

5. Radiographers BARC Level I / II

Trinity NDT is an NABL Accredited fastest growing NDT company in India. For it's NABL Accredited Radiography X Ray testing Laboratory in Bangalore India, looking for experienced Radiographers with BARC Level I in Radiography testing, sound knowledge on RT testing of Castings and Weld joints. Should have interpretation skills and good interpersonal skills. Candidate having operational experience on X-ray machine will be preferred.
