Patricia Kimera is a lawyer and a human rights advocate. She is the focal person on strategic litigation at Human Rights Awareness and Promotion Forum (HRAPF) in Kampala, Uganda, and has been greatly involved in the provision of legal aid services to marginalised people in her country, including LGBTI people.
