Nikandre Kopcke is the founder of Mazí Mas. She gained her MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the LSE's Gender Institute and has since worked with FoodCycle, social enterprise Rubies in the Rubble and eco chef Tom Hunt of Forgotten Feast.
