• What currency is this in?

  It's in US dollars.

• Can I change plans or cancel my account later?

  You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Upgrade action will take effect immediately, while downgrade and cancellation actions become effective at the end of the current billing period. For the trial, you can toggle freely between Lite and Standard plans at no extra charge.

• If I cancel now, will I be able to use my account?

  Cancellation of the trial or subscription does not limit account functionality instantly, as you have already purchased either the seven-day trial or subscription. When you cancel, you will still have access until the end of the trial or subscription period.

• Will I be automatically charged for the monthly subscription after 7 days of paid trial?

  Yes. If you do not cancel within the seven days, we begin charging you the automatic monthly subscription. A countdown timer on the Ahrefs interface reminds you of the number of days left in your trial. We also send reminder email messages a few days before the next renewal date

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal. For annual payments, you may pay via wire transfer, check, money order or purchase order.

• How many "rows/month" do I need?

  Every time you use any Ahrefs tools you use some of your monthly data rows. An average report costs about 800 rows, which means you can run approximately 6,000 reports per month with the Lite plan. You also use data rows when you export raw data. Say you need to export 10,000 backlinks — that would cost you 10,000 rows.

• I am only interested in one of the Ahrefs tools. Is there pricing for just that tool?

  All Ahrefs plans include access to ALL of Ahrefs' tools with the stated plan limitations. We do not have separate pricing for each tool.

• Are there any contracts, hidden charges or setup fees?

  No contracts, no hidden charges, no setup fees. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

• What is your refund policy?

  The 7 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency) for the seven-day trial subscription is non-refundable. For your monthly subscription, you have 48 hours after the transaction to request a refund, but note that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see high activity on your account within this time.

• Does the paid trial limit my access to features?

  No, it does not. The paid trial gives you full access to our Lite and Standard plans (toggle between them at no extra charge).

• How can I use Integrations?

  You can use one of the Integrations applications developed by our partners. When you use one of these apps, you use rows from your monthly data rows limit.

• Can I create my own Integration app?

  As a developer, you can build your application using our API and then publish and sell your app to thousands of our users. Follow the link to get more information.
