CO-OPERAID: committed to the children’s right to education

Ueber uns Herobild

All children should have the opportunity to learn, play and develop their talents. Education is a basic requirement for the development of individuals and society as a whole, as it enables children to live independent and self-determined lives.

CO-OPERAID guideline

CO-OPERAID is committed to the children’s right to education

We support the school and vocational training of children, adolescents and young adults from poor families in Africa and Asia. Our vision is a high-quality primary education and vocational training for all children and young people as the basis for a self-determined and dignified life. Because in the modern, networked world, everyone needs access to education. Without education, participatory and thus sustainable social development is inconceivable. In our work we are guided by international goals: children's rights and sustainability goals.

CO-OPERAID realises cooperative aid projects

In the project countries we work closely with local aid organisations and representatives of the population and educational authorities. Strong local roots and cooperation based on partnership are an important feature of our projects. This is also expressed in the name of our organisation - Cooperation and Aid.
