These free online resources have been developed by Beyond Blue to increase understanding of mental health in the workplace and provide practical strategies to support you. Each resource takes up to 20 minutes to complete and can be used on desktop computers, laptops, and tablets.

Some of the resources are also Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) which means they can be imported into your Learning Management System (LMS) if you have one.

The module gives the user options for exploring different actions and provides valuable insights for employees and managers on the best approaches and likely outcomes.

This resource assists managers address a common workplace scenario. Using a ‘choose a pathway’ approach, managers are challenged to help an employee dealing with a mental health condition to the benefit of the employee and the business.

Perspectives: returning to work


This resource presents a case study of an employee who has depression and is returning after a period of absence from work. It takes a look at the situation from the perspectives of five different people with different roles in the workplace.
