Working With Us

The first step on the path to your best career with ASA begins with submitting your application. We then ask you about your background and goals. We’ll then call you to discuss your application, after which we’ll invite you to our office for an interview. The interview could be for a specific role or more generally regarding possible future roles. You will then go through a 2-hour ASA induction where we’ll introduce you to our staff, inform you about your industry and ensure you are up to date on your industry’s WH&S regulations. If necessary, we’ll put you through ASA job training before finally placing you on assignment.

To register with ASA you will need to provide the following information:

  • Resume with land-line telephone contact details for three referees
  • Bank Account Details
  • Tax File Number (TFN)
  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Current Working Visa
  • Copy of licenses: Forklift, Red Card, Truck License, etc.

We recommend you contact each nominated referee prior to your interview, to inform them about the type of work you are applying for and to advise they will be contacted by ASA.

When you join Australian Staffing Agency (ASA), you join a team passionate about helping you make the most of your career. We have the resources you need, such as concise assignment information, to set you up for success. We’ll clearly outline the type of work you will perform and inform you about the company you will be working for. ASA also provides on-going training for all staff so you are ready for any assignment and remain up-to-date with developments in equipment, processes and the workplace. ASA stands apart, because we provide the support you need to grow your skills and build a fulfilling career.
