If you are needing additional support in arranging services, managing those services or finding employment, Aging Resources has several other programs that might be of interest to you.

Options Counseling

After discussing your situation with an Information and Assistance Specialist, depending on your needs, you may also want to pursue Options Counseling. This program is a chance to look at all services that may be of interest to you. An Options Counselor talks with you about possible programs, and if you desire to apply for some programs, the counselor can help you with those applications or establishing services.  All options are written down and provided to you.  This interactive planning process helps you identify long-term support preferences and to develop an individualized plan.

Call Aging Resources and ask to speak with one of our Options Counselors.

Case Management

If you are a person 60+ years of age and need help managing multiple services, our Case Management Program might be appropriate for you.  This service provides a case manager that  actually assesses your situation in your home, discusses possible programs, establishes no fee, sliding fee and private pay services to address your needs. Monthly contact is made to ensure your services are helping and your needs are being met.

If you have on-going needs, Case Management might be helpful to you.  Call Aging Resources to discuss this service.
