Try updating your Google News app . Get app updates from Google Play.
App doesn’t refresh
- To get new stories, open your app and swipe down on the screen.
- Check that you’re connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- If the app closes or specific content is blank, learn how to clear your app’s cache and data.
Don’t get purchased content
If your issue or subscription doesn’t show in your “Following,” check that you’re signed in with the account that bought it.
- Open your Google News app .
- At the top right, tap your photo.
- By your username, tap the Down arrow .
Can’t play YouTube videos inside app
Try updating your YouTube app . Get app updates from Google Play.
Don’t get personalized content
- Check that you’re signed in.
- If you recently renamed a conflicting account, try signing in with the new name.
