The Google Disability Support team is available to support users from the disability community with Google products. Support includes accessibility features, functionalities, and assistive technology in Google products.

All support options are available Monday through Friday.

Phone:

  • 1 AM – 5 PM (PT) in English
  • 9 AM – 5:30 PM (GMT) in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese

Be My Eyes app instructions

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
  2. In the search bar, search for the Be My Eyes app.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Tap Open.
  5. Review the Be My Eyes Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap I Agree.
  6. Complete the individual user setup.
  7. Tap Specialized Help and then Google.
  8. Tap Call Google.
  9. The first time you call, review the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap I Agree.
  10. A call begins automatically, connecting you with a Google Disability Support specialist.
