Although occasionally quirky, which I suspect is the meter technology, not the app, the ability to remotely top-up and book a service visit is excellent. Overall quick and easy. Updated app is a little easier to use, but communication with the home hub still a bit off. Still no idea how much electricity I've used 😕

After having not being able to login for a year+ This app is starting to improve and be more useful, especially with fingerprint login. . . credit balance is still massively out of date always, if this was kept up to date a little more regular, it would help keep track of balance while away from home.. But on a whole, it now works and makes life much easier for topping up your energy. 30/8/22

Total waste of my time. Doesnt work in the evening. Couldnt submit a meter reading, no usage information. Keeps coming up with try again later. It's been like this for at least 12 months. I want an app that does all it says it can do. For such a massive company the IT is appalling. Quick to take the money but not as quick to invest it in IT that works. So frustrating its untrue.

What's new

We are continuing our quest to make our app more stable, but recognise we have more work to do. In this version then, you will see more features launch their website equivalents where they should load faster.
We've also made further fixes to tariff information, ensuring customers costs are mapped better against their consumption.
