You can unlock all the trophies in multiple playthroughs by restarting the mission or loading a save game.

Situs Inversus is the seventh mission in Hitman and the seventh Legacy mission in Hitman 2. The mission starts with Agent 47 being sent to Hokkaido, Japan to assassinate Yuki Yamazaki and Erich Soders. After eliminating your targets, some exit icons will appear and music will start playing.

These are the Objectives:

2. Eliminate Yuki Yamazaki

Controls

 

Instinct

To enter the instinct mode press, and you should see all NPC'S on the map.

• Guards are highlighted in bright white and gray (non-targets).
• Normal humans are highlighted in white and gray (non-targets).
• Targets are highlighted in red (they must be eliminated to complete the mission).
• Other NPC'S are highlighted in gray. (you can't interact with them, and they are non-targets).

For this Trophy, you need to complete the level on any difficulty.

Completing this level is not hard, and is recommended to play on Casual/Professional because they aren't hard like Master since you have the following perks:

Casual Difficulty:

• Unlimited Saves.
• All Mission Story Guides are available.
• No surveillance cameras.
• Fewer Guards.
• Forgiving combat (fake surrender).
• More items are legal to carry.
• NPC's are less attentive to sounds. 

 Professional Difficulty:

• Unlimited Saves.
• All Mission Story Guides available.
• Surveillance cameras are active.
• Cameras alert guards if Illegal activities are spotted.
• Combat is challenging but fair.

This mission begins with a cutscene after the cutscene is over, you will arrive at the Gama Facility. The Mission can be completed in any way you want, with mission stories or Challenges. 

Yuki Yamazaki is walking near the spa area, kitchen area, etc. She never enters the hospital. You can kill her by shooting her from a good place or do a mission story.

Erich Soders needs a heart transplant, so he will be stuck on the operating table. You can come there disguised as 47's default suit (black suit with a red tie) and he will die because he will be surprised that you are alive, or follow a mission story.

For this trophy, you will need to Serve Yamazaki Fugu poisoned sushi and eliminate Soders with the robotic arms.

The following lists each assassination type and how to perform them:

• For the first assassination, you need the chef disguise. Find a knife, go into the kitchen's freezer, and cut the fish to gain the Fugu Fish Poison. Go to the first floor where the two chefs are serving the sushi. Poison with Fugu Poison. Blend in and wait for Yamazaki to come. Don't serve the other people! After she comes, serve her and she will die.
• For the last assassination, you need the Director's Disguise to enter the room with the hospital's mainframe. Sabotage one of the things and look at the screen to see the order. Do them in the order that is shown on the screen and exit the room. You will see a computer in front of you that you can use. You will kill Soders with that.

Meeting Carlton Smith in the morgue unlocks this trophy. Behind an electronic card reader lock, he is locked into one of the cold body stores. Starting in the kitchen as a chef is the fastest and quickest way to get to him. You can also use a guard disguise. Stash the disposable scrambler (unlocked in Colorado) in the nearby freezer. You can also steal the hospital director's keycard or get a lockpick and unlock the thing on the wall that has a disposable scrambler (in the security room).

Complete All Mission Stories in the mission "Situs Inversus." The game will teach you where to go and what to do.

Escalation Contracts are groups of levels where requirements are progressively ramped up in complexity over the course of 5 levels e.g. Level 1 will require you to do one thing, Level 2 will require two, etc. The easiest one is "The Yuuma Tenacity"

From the planning menu press  and  to select A smuggled item (any item you want), then press and select the location you want. When you start the level, this trophy should pop up. Note: You need a specific Mastery Level to Select A Location! (level 6 to Start at the Spa, this applies for Smuggled Items too).

To reach Mastery Level 20 in Hokkaido, you need to complete Challenges. If you complete all/some Challenges in this level, the trophy will also be unlocked.

When you finish the mission, you can check your score and if you completed some challenges, your character and your mastery level will level up.
