ERASMUS+ INFORMATION FOR INCOMING STUDENTS

Only if your home University  signes an agreement with the University of Camerino on exchange of students, you can be nominated as Incoming Erasmus Student at the  University of Camerino (UNICAM).

Application for an Erasmus+ exchange period

Before applying  as exchange student, please be sure you have been nominated by your home university. We suggest to contact your coordinator at your home university to check. 
The application process can be divided in five steps
1. Nomination
The Erasmus+ coordinator at your home university will send an official nomination to Erasmus+ Office at the University of Camerino.
2. Confirmation
The coordinator, responsible for the International Mobility  at University of Camerino will officially accept  the nomination.
3. Application
The  application, duly filled in, must include a copy in pdf format  of the following documents 

  • Application form, signed and stamped
  • Transcripts of records (including all grades from your bachelor/master degree and the registration for ongoing courses
  • Learning agreement
  • ID copy /Passport  

The complete application, duly filled in and  in pdf format, must be sent to one of the following email addresses: erasmus@unicam.it or anna.pupilli@unicam.it 
4. Assessment
Your application will be assessed by UNICAM University school coordinators in charge of your application.
5. Letter of admission
Once the assessment is made and eventual changes on the Learning Agreement are agreed upon, a letter of admission will be issued.

Please note that all documents must be in English.
An incomplete application will delay or invalidate the admission process.

you will receive the ACCESS CODE valid to complete the application form on line

Please decide together with your coordinator/teacher the  study course  you wish to apply for and fill out the form accordingly. 
The form must be signed both by you and your coordinator/teacher. 
The form also needs to be stamped by your home university.

June 
Deadline for coordinators at partner universities for nominating students for an exchange period
(First Semester/Autumn Semester)

30 June 
Deadline for students to submit the complete application:
the complete application must be sent by email as  pdf file  to the UNICAM  Erasmus+ Office
(see Application form)

October – February 

  • Official start and end of the autumn semester. 
  • The period includes classes  and exam session.
  • A Welcome Day is usually held in mid-October in collaboration with the ESN (Erasmus Student Network) Association. 

November 
Deadline for coordinators at partner universities for nominating  students for an exchange period 
(Second Semester/Spring Semester)

15 November
Deadline for students to submit the complete application:
The complete application must be sent by email as  pdf file  to theUNICAM  Erasmus+ Office

March- July
Official start and end of the spring semester.
The period includes lessons and exam session.

The ESN association of the University of Camerino offers to incoming students many interesting activities.
