Draw Points are the pink beams of light that float out of the ground. Use 'Draw' and stock the magic. You need to 'Draw' 100 different times but it doesn't have to be 100 different draw points nor do you need to draw all 100 times from the same place. So long as the point is pink, the point will count towards your 100. When you use draw you will acquire more than one spell per draw. The amount you received of the spell has nothing to do with the trophy, it is the act of drawing from the point and stocking the magic in your personal inventory that applies to the trophy count.
One of the big keys to this trophy is to remember where draw points are located. Simpler magics tend to resupply faster, meaning more times you will be able to draw from them, increasing your count for the trophy. Others have rarer magics and it is good to get them as much as possible as soon as possible. The best magic has its earliest draw point in the game is up to the Northeast in Shumi village (it is labeled on your map and reachable once the Garden becomes mobile) because it is Ultima. Now, you do have to spend 5000 Gil for every time you want to draw from it BUT it is worth the price.
When you Junction a GF, you are allowed to take up to THREE Command abilities. At first, you only have Magic, GF, Draw, and Items but you will soon learn others. You must select 'DRAW' if you want to have the option (AND YOU DO WANT THE OPTION) to take magic from Draw Points.
If you do not have 'DRAW', how you fix that is open your menu with
and select GF. Use 
& 
to find the character you need to put the command on and use 
to select 'Ability'. It is here you can equip 'DRAW'. Also, every time you Junction a GF (be it a new GF you just earned or an old one you took off, moved to another character, etc.), you will be given the option of picking your Command abilities.
