There are 22 levels in this game and finishing the game requires you to beat all of them, the levels often times can be confusing and give you little to no direction on what to do, peppering you with enemies and platforming throughout. Every level's exit is indicated by green particles In front of a room or black hole.

Notably, the player is required to play through every level of the game except for the Ant Hills in normal play, so it may be possible to find yourself completing the game's campaign without completing all levels. Be sure that you complete the Witch's quest in the Enchanted Forest in addition to all other traditional levels. Providing that you have done so, you should unlock this shortly after Silver Not So Scary Now, Eh?.

Through all the levels in the game there will be numerous enemies, anything that gets near you will probably try to attack you. You deal with with them through mashing Square and Circle at them with your weapons and hoping that they take damage. Once you kill 250 you will unlock this trophy, this will come naturally if you are going for the 100%.
King of Cups
Collect all the Chalice rewards.
63.12%
Common
Gold
The Chalice is an item that is in all but 2 levels, it starts off as see through and not fully there but through killing enemies you will slowly power it up. At any time in the top right next to your money will be a chalice icon with a % next to it, this percent is how close you are to spawning it. As said you fill it up by killing enemies so you should kill absolutely everything you can. Along with this killing good souls or letting them die will lose you percentage to the cup (most notable in the Sleeping Village), if this happens rewind to before it did.

Most cups are standard to get but a few standout as "harder" to get than others:
  • The Hilltop Mausoleum cup wants you to get sheet music from the blue door and then use it near the ghost playing piano to the right of the final boss arena.
  • Scarecrow Field's cup wants you to take a cog from the very end of the level back to the big barn near the middle of the level (you enter the barn through a hole on the left side). Once inside lower and then use the piece near the harvester, it will shoot off and clear a path to the cup.
  • The Sleeping Village will have you kill no villagers to get the cup, as there are just enough enemies to spawn the cup and killing the townspeople lowers your Chalice %. For more information please see Bronze It's Not Their Fault They're Mad!
  • The Ant Hill chalice needs you to free 7 fairies from the wall of the nest, you do this using a hammer or club. The places where they're trapped are brighter than the other parts of the wall so they are easy to find.
  • The Lake will need you to get seen by the green eyes on buildings, this will spawn in more enemies which you can use to get points towards the Chalice.
  • The Haunted Ruins needs you to get the Chalice during the escape countdown. It is found on the scaffolding on top of one of the towers.
  • The Time Device has you turn off lasers and arrange them in a square pattern to break the glass that is containing the chalice.

Every time you get a Chalice, once you finish the current level, you will be taken to the hall of hero's where one of the statues will be glowing. Standing on the pressure plate In front of them will start some dialogue with them, always ending with you getting a item or some money from them. There are 20 total cups and 20 total items to get, once you get the 20th you will unlock this trophy.

The Stained Glass Demon is the first boss of the game, located in the Hilltop Mausoleum level. The main goal of the level is to fight the boss for a key and throughout the level, aiming to prepare it to fight by burning the Stained Glass Heart past the red door. Once the heart is burned the next time you enter the large open room upstairs (with the stained glass window) the fight will start. Before the fight you should stock up on either throwing knives or crossbow bolts.

In the final level, Zarok's Lair, at the start one of the chests will give you "Good Lightning". Once you have this and walk towards the center of the room, a bunch of your allies will go to fight Zarok's minions. During this phase you are supposed to use the Good Lightning to heal your allies (which takes from your health). For this trophy you need to die from healing them, so hold down Square and heal them until you eventually die to unlock the trophy.  It is important to note the requirement of the trophy is different from the remake and requires Dan to die by using the Good Lightning.

Fountains of Rejuvenation are the holes in the ground that shoot out green particles and if you stand over these while injured they will heal you. For this trophy you need to use them up until they don't spout anything else out. Thankfully even if you stand over them while full health they will still be drained. Whenever you see one you're sure you won't need stand over it until it stops shooting anything out, do this for 10 total fountains and you will unlock the trophy.
If It Slithers, I Slays
Kill the Serpent of Gallowmere.
58.23%
Common
Silver
The Serpent of Gallowmere is the ghost snake thing that comes out of some trapped chests. It follows you around dealing damage when it touches you and also killing enemies.

The Serpent can easily be found in the Gallows Gauntlet level, just past the door you need the dragon armour to pass. There's a trapped chest in here that when you get near will cause the Serpent to come out. Once it is out you should hit it with your sword (only the head can be damaged), whack it enough and eventually it will die and you will unlock the trophy.
Healthiest Man Alive - Er Dead
Collect every Life Bottle.
59.53%
Common
Silver
There are 9 life bottles in the game and they serve as your extra lives, each giving you an additional 300 points of health whenever you die with one in stock. You need to collect these yourself in the levels.

Here is information on every life bottle:
  • 3 of them will be obtained from the Hall of Hero's as rewards, getting the last one on your 19th / 20th cup.
  • 2 are found in Dan's Crypt, one naturally and one behind the hidden wall (see Bronze Walls Are for Chumps for more information).
  • 1 is found in the graveyard level being easy to find.
  • 1 is found in the Pools of the Ancient Dead in the main area, you will have to jump over some water to a platform to get it.
  • The final one is found in the Time Device. Once you turn off the lasers (which you do as part of the story) you can go back to the start of the level and get the life bottle in the laser bubble.

Once you have all 9 you will unlock the trophy.
Sir Moneybags
Collect 2,500 coins.
65.66%
Common
Silver
Coins are the main source of currency in this game, you collect them mainly through finding bags / chests of money around levels. The red bags of coins give you 50 and the chests give you 100, for this trophy you need to have 2,500 at one time. This will be worked on through the whole game, pick up coins whenever you see them and mostly avoid the shops in levels.

A good place to farm this if you are a few hundred short is in the Crystal Caverns. The room behind the waterfall has a few hundred coins in it, you can run in and get them, finish the level, and repeat until you're at 2500. If you are stingy and focus on collecting coins this should come naturally to you.
Sneaky
Finish any level outside of Dan's Crypt without defeating any enemies or taking damage.
69.43%

Silver
This trophy is best done on Cemetery Hill. The main thing the level wants you to do is run up a hill with boulders running down it. This trophy is basically just doing Silver Rock Wrangler but without hitting any enemies or getting hit by them. Once you dodge the rocks through jumping up the alcoves, if you finish the level without hitting or being hit by anything you will unlock the trophy.
Impaired Drivers
Defeat both Metal Machines and their taunting imp pilots.
62.19%
Common
Bronze
In the Scarecrow Field's level you will need to deal with 2 large machine enemies to progress the level. You will enter a narrow area with a Metal Machine in the back and the gate will lock you in with it. They both work similarly but are slightly different, the first one will walk back and forth slowly. You will need to walk behind it and with a ranged weapon hit the top of it's head and then after the Imp.

The second one works similar, the only difference being the head will attack you with a projectile. Once the second is killed you will unlock this trophy.
Master Dan-At-Arms
Collect every weapon.
66.27%
Common
Silver
Through the game you will build your arsenal of weapons up. You mainly get weapons in one of two ways:
  • Finding them in chests in the environment.
  • Getting them as a reward for Chalice's.

The ones in the environment in chests are the most common of weapons, if you open every chest and walk over what's inside you will get a few weapons. The main ones are the throwing knives, club, and the shields.

The ones as a reward for chalices are the majority of ones you will get, for more information please see Gold King of Cups. In general if going for 100% you will constantly get new weapons from the Hall of Heros.

The only items that don't follow this format are:
  • Chicken Drumstick: You need to do one of the Witch's quests to get this item.
  • Good Lighting: Is found in a chest in Zarok's Lair, once you finish the level you have to load a save from before you played the level so it will have to be the last weapon you pick up.

This trophy is different to the remake because instead of just collecting every weapon it wants you to have every one in your inventory. This means shields and the club (that break when used too much) will need to be picked up again to unlock this trophy.

Dizzy Decimator
Defeat 30 enemies with the sword spin attack.
66.89%

Bronze
With your sword you can hold Square to charge up a attack where you spin your sword around and damage enemies. For this trophy you need to kill 30 enemies. You can farm this easily in the Inside the Asylum level. At the start of it you fight zombies that don't do too much damage, and using your spin attack is the best way to deal with them. After getting 30 kills with this technique you will unlock the trophy.
The Answer Is Chicken
Throw 42 Chicken Drumsticks.
61.57%
Common
Bronze
Chicken Drumsticks are the weapon reward you get from doing the Amber Ant quest for the Witch (see Bronze Witches' Familiar for more information.) The basics of this quest are that you will have to go into an ant hill and find amber and fairies, fairies are in the wall and amber is found around or through smashing larva. Once you have enough and go to escape you will then do a final boss fight with the Ant Queen.

Once the fight is done you will get 30 Chicken Drumsticks, a projectile weapon that instantly kills most basic enemies and makes them into chicken. You will need to do this quest twice as you only get 30 drumsticks the first time you do the quest. Once you do it a second time just throw 12 more to unlock the trophy.
Witches’ Familiar
Collect the Witch Talisman and complete both witch quests.
59.72%
Common
Bronze
The Witch Talisman is gotten in the Cemetery Hill level, once you have a club you can access it. To get to it once you reach the main area go to the right into the area with trees. Break the rock blocking a doorway and kill every enemy in the following rooms. Once that is done go back outside and hold your club over the fire with Square and then run back into the tunnel. Enter the room on top of the ledge and hold the club over the thing in the middle with Square again to light it. This will open ever room in the cage and one of them has the Talisman inside.

With the Talisman you can now start the witch's quests, to start the quest you need to get near a cauldron and use the Talisman to summon the witch.

The first quest is found in the Enchanted Forest level, once summoned the witch will ask you to go into a anthill and get amber for you. Once you start the quest you will enter a brand new level which is the maze like anthill. Down in the hill you will have to find amber while also freeing fairies from the wall using a club or hammer. Fairies are all found in the wall encased behind bright blue amber. The amber you need is found either in the environment or through smashing and killing the larva around the hill.

After you have all the amber and fairies you can go to escape, doing this will lead you to a boss fight with the Ant Queen. For more information on this fight please see Silver Antagonist.

The second quest is the easier of the two and this witch's cauldron is found in the Pumpkin Serpent level. Once you summon her she asks you to kill the boss of the level, which is really easy. For more information on this please see Silver Pulp King Pumpkin.

Once you complete both you will unlock the trophy.
Zip Zap Imp Splat
Fry a dozen imps with Lightning.
59.47%
Common
Bronze
Lighting is a weapon you get as the reward for getting the 15th Chalice. It is a weapon that when held down and an enemy is nearby, will shoot a beam at them.

Imps are short little enemies that will either carry torches or be barehanded and try to steal weapons from you. Lots of imps can be found in the Entrance Hall level, being basically the only enemy there. Run around with Lightning out and hold it down whenever you see a imp to fry them, after doing it to 12 you will unlock the trophy.

Credit to Ravendust - Anything that gets stolen from you (by, ironically, Imps) can be bought back from a vendor, and when you do this you get full ammo. So run around with your 0% Lightning equipped, wait for an Imp to steal it, let them flee, then buy it back for 3000g which will be back to 100%.
Gimme That Back!

66.27%

In the Hilltop Mausoleum level through it there will be little imp guys, they run around holding nothing and if they get near you they will steal the weapon you're holding. Once you see one let this happen and then beat it until you get it back.
It’s Not Their Fault They’re Mad
Don't harm the Sleeping Villagers.
65.53%
Common
Bronze
In the Sleeping Village level the majority of enemies are villagers who have been hypnotized to attack you, if you kill these enemies text saying "a good soul has been lost" will show up. For this trophy you need to kill none of these villagers, this is more annoying than hard as they will get in your way and follow you but with patience you can avoid them all.

Whenever you try to do things near them either run away / lose them or just tank the damage to get it done. Once you finish the level you will unlock the trophy.
Deathly Smorgasbord
Get a Game Over 5 times.
59.96%
Common
Silver
Game Over's happens when your health bar empties and none of your life bottles have anything in them. Before going for this you should make sure all of your life bottles are empty and then save so it stays that way.

Once you have no extra vials in your inventory load up Cemetery Hill and run into the pit of lava at the start over and over again (make sure to save over Cemetery Hill so dying again is quicker). Once you die you will need to go through a long cutscene and then pick your save game again, only to repeat the process. This is pretty boring but once you die the 5th time you will unlock the trophy.
Partial to the Potions
Drink 32 Energy Vials.
59.59%
Common
Bronze
Energy Vials are the green bottles that heal you when you walk over them, for this trophy you need to pick up 32 of them. You will be doing this through the game so this may come naturally to you. After you pick the 32nd up you will unlock the trophy.
Now with Added Magic!
Enchant the Broad Sword.

Bronze
The Broad Sword is the weapon you get as a reward for getting 4 Chalice Cups, it is just a better sword basically with the ability to be enchanted. To enchant it you need to go to a shop (the black gargoyle heads on walls) and look under the services tab, here you can pay 100g to enchant your sword and unlock the trophy.
Mostly Armless
Kill something with your own arm.
74.69%
Common
Bronze
At anytime you can open your inventory to see your weapons, if you scroll down once you will see your special times and among them is your arm. Equipping it will have you rip your arm off and use it as a weapon. Pressing Circle will have you do a basic attack and Square do a ranged attack. Once you have it equipped kill something with it to unlock this trophy.
Rock Wrangler
Avoid all the rolling rocks on Cemetery Hill.
68.94%
Common
Silver
In Cemetery Hill your main goal is to scale a large cliff, the only obstacle being the constant stream of rocks rolling down the hill.

If you get hit at all you can use the rewind function to go before you got hit and dodge it this time. You mainly dodge these boulders by jumping up the alcoves in the side of the cliff, these are mostly safe except for the red rocks which fall down this path. You can also on some of the ledges jump around the boulders and dodge them.

Once you finish the level of you weren't hit by any rocks you will unlock the trophy.
Colonel Fortesque’s Special Recipe
Turn an enemy into a Roast Chicken and eat it.
62.62%
Common
Bronze
Roast Chicken is a weapon you can get through doing the Witch quest in The Enchanted Earth, (for more information please see Bronze Witches' Familiar.)  The weapon has limited ammo and when throw at a enemy after a few seconds they will turn into roast chicken, if you walk over the chicken you will eat it and heal. Doing this will unlock the trophy.
Not So Armless
Defeat Stained Glass Demon with just your arm.
67.70%
Common
Bronze
This trophy wants you to beat the boss of the Hilltop Mausoleum level with only your arm, for general information on the boss and his move set please see Silver A Paneful Demise.

When you throw your arm with Square if it hits the heart it will do 8 damage, the boss has 400 health so you need to hit the heart 50 times total. This is more boring than hard as once you start the fight its just dodging his easy attacks and waiting for him to be vulnerable. During the attack where he shoots shards at you and the attack where he traps you in a bubble you can get extra hits on him. During the shard attack throw your arm as you run around and during the bubble attack once you escape mash square.

Other than that it's pretty boring and easy, once the level is over you will unlock the trophy.

There are a few weapons in the game that set enemies they hit on fire, the best one that does this is the Flaming Longbow which is a weapon you get as a reward for getting 11 Chalices. Once you have the weapon setting enemies on fire is as simple as shooting them once with it which will cause them to burn. Do this to 50 enemies to unlock the trophy, a good level to farm this on is the inside the Asylum level.

Bronze
The only place crystals fall in Crystal Caves is in the treasure room behind the waterfall. While commonly believed that the crystals fall only during the Dragon boss fight, the crystals should still fall in this room on a revisit by performing the same action of hitting the floor with the Club or Hammer (for information on how to find this boss please see Silver Whack-A-Wyrm). In the fight if you slam a club / the hammer on a platform crystals on the platform to the right will fall down. If you stand on the highest platform (the middle left one) and slam, then run down to the middle right one the crystals will fall on you and you will unlock the trophy.
