•International seed producer DuPont Pioneer, which is headquartered in the United States, is adding a $5 million sunflower seed production line at its Poltava region facility, Interfax Ukraine reported. The seed producing plant in the town of Stasy will have an overall capacity of 700,000 seeds once the new sunflower seed line, with a capacity of 200,000 seeds, comes online.

•The IMF executive board put consideration of Ukraine's fourth tranche of aid on the agenda for April 3. The country has been waiting months for the latest disbursement of $1 billion from the IMF.

•Ukrainian food-producing conglomerate Myronivsky Hliboproduct established a poultry product processing plant in Slovakia and plans to devote up to $3 million in capital expenditures to the facility, the company said in a filing with the London Stock Exchange, as reported by Interfax Ukraine. Operations at the Slovakia plant will allow the company to deepen its vertical integration and act on its strategy of exporting to targeted markets. .

•Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman sent an official appeal to Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk about involving Ukraine in an energy storage project the entrepreneur has proposed. Groysman invited Musk to make Ukraine a test site for energy storage innovations after the latter's pledge to fix South Australia's energy crisis within 100 days.

•Turkish Airlines' service between Istanbul and Kharkiv is underway, Unian and others reported. The first flight on Turkey's flagship carrier's new route landed at Kharkiv International Airport on Thursday.

•Ukraine and South Korea seek to boost cooperation in aerospace matters, Interfax Ukraine reported. The State Space Agency reported that the two countries agreed to explore possibilities for building on the foundation established in recent years, and Ukraine views South Korea as a promising aerospace industry partner in Southeast Asia. Yuzhmash in particular is in talks with a South Korean research institute to expand cooperation beyond the 2016 contract between them.
