Monsoon was vigorous over south interior. Rainfall occurred at most places over coastal and at a few places over north interior Karnataka. Kottigehara and Bhagamandala recorded heavy rainfall of 12cm each. Agumbe recorded 7cm.
 
Farmers' forecast Monday: Moderate to heavy rain likely to occur at most places over all the districts of coastal and at many places over all the districts of south interior.  

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change.
