Rainfall occurred at isolated places over coastal Karnataka and south interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over north interior Karnataka.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Huliyurdurga (Tumkur dt), Bangalore AP 2 each; Karkala (Udupi), MM Hills (CR Nagar), Mandya 1 each.

Minimum temperatures fell at many places over south interior Karnataka; however rose at a few places over north interior Karnataka and changed little over coastal Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over the State.

Bidar recorded lowest minimum temperature of 17.4° C. in the State.

Forecast valid until the morning of Monday: Light to moderate rain may occur at isolated places over all the districts of coastal Karnataka and south interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of north interior Karnataka.

Outlook for subsequent two stays: No significant change is expected over the State.
