Rain woes and the public
The heavy rains that lashed Bangalore has brought to the fore the City’s woeful lack of infrastructure. Most of our readers are of the opinion that BMP in itself does not hold a complete cure for the City’s ills. While some advocated the setting up of a task force, others called for area wise monitoring and the strict implementation of building by-laws. All are unanimous in that the citizens have to contribute their mite if we are to surmount the monsoon.
