Premier League giants Township Rollers are expected to endorse its financier Jagdish Shah as the president of the club after Dickson Gabanakgosi informed his colleagues in the committee that he was vacating the position. 

Gabanakgosi’s resignation is considered a tactical move to appoint Jagdish Shah as president.

International coaches seeking to transform and elevate netball to a higher level were drilled on tactical aspects of the modern game.

Long-serving Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) technical expert Manuel Torres has returned to his native country Cuba after his contract was not renewed by his employers, the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC).

Torres was the fourth Cuban coach to have led local national teams since 2004.

Botswana is represented by two teams in the men and ladies category comprising of five players apiece.
