In a bid to improve sexual reproductive health, the Ministry of Health has introduced two more contraceptive methods. The two methods - implanon NXT & Jadelle and the vaginal ring both fall under the implants category. Implanon NXT is composed of tiny flexible plastic rods, with about 4cm radius.

It was all about the aroma, flavour and picturesque displays of all things culinary this past Saturday, 9 July at Gaborone’s Cresta Lodge. The hotel played host to the fifth Annual Chefs Culinary Competition. Forty-five chefs from all Cresta hotels across the country, and Zambia were looking to outclass each other as they competed in various categories for the competition’s biggest prize.

Shisha Lifestyle is a hookah service concept which focuses on a collective of urban customers from the age of 21 and above and aims to offer a more mature alternative hookah service to the working, middle and upper class clientele.

It is the kind of music my close friends and I have always refused to be associated with. Having grown up to the sounds of American Hip Hop and R&B music, we wouldn’t be caught dead listening to any of it. We were just too cool for it. It is the type of music that has always been associated mostly with the young unruly, deeply rural township and village folk.
