United Standard Industries Facilities are housed in a 35,000 sq. ft. all brick modern air-conditioned building.  We are equipped with high intensity lighting and supplied by 3000 Amp., 3-Phase power with a Master Air Compressor System (and backup system) feeding the entire plant.

The ESPRIT Advanced Manufacturing System
 
     The ESPRIT Advanced Manufacturing System is a high-performance computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system for a full range of machine tool applications.  ESPRIT delivers powerful full-spectrum programming for the 2-5 axis milling, 2-10 axis turning, and 7 axis multi-tasking mill-turn machining performed at United Standard Industries, Inc.
 
     Production Control is directed through a Dell Dimension 4500S.  This provides instant status of any job with updates on a daily basis.
